IN PERSON TRAINING

Although we are in the “online” day in age, the joy that I get from providing in person one on one or group training sessions is unmatched. I love to be in the “trenches” with my clients. In person I will be able to physically exercise with you, help you develop form, see where you may be lacking , demonstrate exercises for you to repeat, and showcase a little of my own skills ;). Watching my clients hit pr’s(personal records) or helping them overcome physical and mental barriers is a feeling that honestly can’t be replaced.

ONLINE COACHING

For those where time, distance, or ailments may prevent in person training, I offer personalized fitness guidance online. Whether your at home or in the gym; whether you’re a beginner, experienced, or an athlete, I am here to ensure that you reach your fitness goals, exceed your limits, and become a better version of yourself. I’ll be here in constant communication with you. Not only will I hold you accountable to your goals, but you will also receive education, nutrition programming, and support from me. The convenience of online coaching is very attractive for a lot of people

WORKOUT PROGRAM

You need a workout plan specifically tailored for YOUR selected preferences and goals. Whether that is to lose fat, become shredded, improve cardio, gain strength or have washboard abs, a workout plan is essential.

My programs are updated along with your development to help you meet new physical, mental and spiritual challenges. They are structured with periodization to prevent injury and overtraining. sticking to my programs will ensure top tier results.

NUTRITION PLAN

For those wanting to get in shape and STAY in shape, eating the right macro and micro nutrients is more than half the battle. In fact, If you chose to never lift another dumbbell or exercise again in your life, a good diet will still keep you healthy and looking good.(although I would never suggest not exercising, building muscle helps to burn fat fast). Proper eating habits are the foundation of all health and fitness. It’s the only way that you’ll to get to have and KEEP the body that you want.

Whether you are a pescatarian, vegetarian or omnivore, I’m here to help fuel your body with healthy recipes that are in alignment with your goals .

My passion is helping women feel good in their bodies through all the different phases of pregnancy and motherhood. I can help you move better, feel better, and find confidence from the inside out. My approach takes into account mental health, hormone health, limited time & space, and the physical demands of motherhood.

As a Certified Pre- & Postnatal coach, I help busy moms return to exercise in a safe and effective way, with an emphasis on hormone health, and pelvic floor & core functionality. I can help you to continue to participate in the activities you love, injury free, and gain the physical fitness you want/need to keep up with your kids! I believe in a sustainable and balanced approach to long-term health.
